Plus is everything: the core and all four advanced modules bundled, for less than adding them one by one. As your client list grows you move up a band — that's the whole change. All prices exclude VAT.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?
Pricing is monthly and moves with your live client count — you're never paying for a band you've grown out of or haven't reached. We'll set out the exact agreement and notice terms with you at your demo, in plain language, before you commit to anything.
What does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is a one-off fee — £450 for a standard setup — scoped with you at your demo. It covers configuring the platform to how your agency actually runs and getting your team live, not a per-seat charge that keeps ticking.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We migrated our flagship agency's live records ourselves, and bulk import and export are built into the platform. At onboarding we'll bring your clients, carers, rotas and care plans across with you — you won't be re-keying everything by hand.
What support is included?
Support is included in every band — email support from the same team that builds and runs the product day to day, not a separate call centre. We'll agree response times and escalation with you at your demo so you know exactly what to expect.
What's included in the band price, and what's an add-on?
The full operating core is in every band: rota and scheduling, visit verification, eMAR, care plans and assessments, the family portal, and compliance and audit. Nothing in that core is locked behind a higher band. The advanced modules — Payroll & Finance, HR, Clinical+ and White-label — are optional add-ons you turn on only if you want them.
