This policy explains how Wendry handles personal data collected through this marketing website (wendry.com). It does not cover the Wendry care-management platform itself, which is governed by the data-processing agreement between Wendry and each care provider that uses it.

When you book a demo, we collect the details you provide: your name, agency name, work email, an approximate client-count range, and an optional note about what you're looking for. Your submission is delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery service acting as our data processor. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated, anonymous usage data.

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your demo. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We process demo-request data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We keep demo-request details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
