Your clients, staff and care plans are set up in Wendry as part of a guided onboarding — done with you, not a risky overnight import. Historical notes and communications come across from your current system's exports. Nothing is left stranded on the old platform.

We build your rota in Wendry next to your existing system, so you can hold the two side by side. You keep running care exactly as you do now until Wendry is showing you the same picture — and you trust it. No leap of faith.

When you're ready, you move across in stages — a round or an office at a time — not the whole agency in one night. Each stage goes fully live only once it's steady, and everything you had is still there behind you until it is.

Will we lose our history?
No. Your care plans, notes and records come across during onboarding, and historical notes import from your current system's exports. Exactly how much history transfers depends on what your existing platform can export — we work that out together at the demo, so there are no surprises.
How long does it take?
Honestly, it depends — on how many clients and carers you have and how much history you're bringing across. A small agency moves faster than a large one. We won't quote a number we can't stand behind; we agree a realistic timeline with you at the demo.
Do our carers need retraining?
The caregiver app is built for field staff — clocking in, notes, medication and observations are designed to be picked up on a first shift, on the phone they already carry. Office and admin roles get a proper walkthrough of the rota, care planning and compliance. It's a change, not a course.
What if it doesn't work out?
Then you take your data and go. Your records export to PDF and Excel whenever you want — during the switch and long after it. We'd rather earn the next round than trap you in the last one.
